Terms of Use and Digital Product License

Digital products
Products are delivered electronically. The buyer is responsible for compatible software, a working email address, and secure storage of downloaded files.
Single-user license
Unless a separate team license is purchased, the buyer receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and customize the files for the buyer's own contracting business. The buyer may create and send invoices and administrative records generated from the templates to the buyer's own clients.
Prohibited uses
- Reselling, redistributing, sharing, sublicensing, publishing, or uploading the editable files.
- Removing notices and presenting the template bundle itself as the buyer's product for sale.
- Using the files for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or fraudulent purposes.
- Sharing a single-user purchase among multiple contractors or an organization.
Administrative tool disclaimer
The products are general administrative productivity tools and are not legal, tax, accounting, employment, regulatory, aviation-safety, or financial advice. No representation is made that a template satisfies a particular client, contract, law, tax rule, FAA requirement, operator policy, or jurisdiction.
Refund policy

Liability
